Mr. Pushkar Jauhari, Director

• Mr. Pushkar Jauhari is a Director-Investments with Oman India Joint Investment Fund Management Co Pvt Ltd (“OIJIF-MC”). He has over 20 years of work experience of which 13 years+ are in Private Equity, Buy-out / M&A and listed investments with OIJIF-MC, Khazanah Nasional and TVS Capital Funds Ltd.
• Earlier, he worked 5 years with Fidelity Investments where his last assignment was as an Equity Analyst based in London. He started his career with McKinsey where he spent 3 years with the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice doing business research.
• He is an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, is a CFA charter holder, Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Mr. Ammar Abdullah Hamad Al Ali, Director

• Mr. Ammar Al Ali is the Chief Executive Officer of the Shareholder Office, where he oversees the strategic investments and assets of the MB Group of Companies.
• Mr. Ammar has nearly 20 years of experience as a private equity specialist with a diverse record of managing high profile projects in investment banking, asset management, raising capital, and core management positions overseeing high-talent teams.
• Mr. Ammar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance & Banking from the American University in Dubai, UAE.

Mr. Namit Rustagi, Director

• Mr. Namit is MB LLC’s Legal Counsel and advises MB Group’s companies worldwide. He has been with the Group for over 12 years with an overall experience of over 23 years in the areas of corporate finance, structured and conventional fundraising (listed/unlisted), cross-border transactions, commercial/legal negotiations, inbound and outbound mergers & acquisitions, litigation and corporate/tax structuring/restructuring.

Dr. Sanjay Sonar (Ph.D.), Co-Founder, President & Manager

• Over 30 years of experience in downstream and protein engineering.
• Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay; Post-doctoral work at Boston University and MIT, Cambridge, (USA).
• Worked in a close collaboration with Nobel Laureate Har Gobind Khorana at MIT for 6 years.

Dr. Archana Krishnan, Whole-Time Director

• Over 20 years of experience in molecular biology, strain development and upstream process.
• Ph.D. from the Center of DNA Fingerprinting and Manipal University.

Imran Jamiluddin Shaikh, Director

• Mr. Imran Shaikh holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies and Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical engineering.
• He leads the healthcare investments at Oman Investment Authority.
• Prior to joining OIA, Imran worked for Barclays, Bank of America and Credit Suisse (London), where he focused on healthcare M&A and capital markets transactions across EMEA region.

Mr. Mohammed Hamdan Saif Al Rubaie, Director

• Dr. Mohammed Hamdan Saif Al Rubaie is PhD in Regulatory Affairs from Cardiff University, United Kingdom.
• He is also Director General of Pharmaceutical Affairs and Drug Control – Ministry of Health, Oman.
• Dr. Mohammed Al Rubaie has over more than 20 years of experience in the field of Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Ranjan Mogre, Independent Director

• Dr. Ranjan is a graduate from University of Bombay with a First Class Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, First class Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry from University of Bombay, PhD in Bio Organic Chemistry- Understanding the structure of Bio membranes -at the Department of Chemistry Indian Institute Of Technology Bombay.

Mr. Supreet Sharma, President BD & Licensing

• With over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in his last assignment he served as Vice President of Business Development & Licensing at Adalvo , overseeing major global markets.
• Earlier he worked with leading multinational corporations such as Viatris/Mylan and Cadila, where he gained extensive expertise in business development, market expansion and commercial operations.
• He has executed over 200+ licensing, supply, distribution, and strategic partnership deals with major multinational companies. His experience encompasses complex product deals, including GLP-1s, oncology , 505(b)(2) applications, and small molecules.
• Supreet holds a degree in Pharmacy and a Postgraduate Diploma with a specialization in International Business.
